Pop Up Globe

In 2016, the world marks the 400th anniversary of the death of William Shakespeare. To commemorate this important anniversary there’s a full-scale temporary working replica of the second Globe Theatre constructed in Auckland where various theatre companies show their renditions of Shakespeare’s classic works such as Twelfth Night, Romeo and Juliet, and Antony & Cleopatra.

Pop-up Globe will literally ‘pop up’ in a central Auckland location, be amazing, then disappear.
